Dependability 
      Proficient takes great pride in the quality of our screw machine parts. We specialize in automotive hubs, gas fittings, electrical components and industrial products. We handle everything from cleaning to heat treating to plating. Our multi-spindle capabilities run anywhere from 1000 pieces to millions of pieces. All of our muliti-spindle machines have been fitted with universal threading and a 5th position auxiliary slide. 

 
     

      
  Thread Rolling
      Our Reed A22 thread roll machine has a capacity of 1/4" - 3/4" for straight threads and 1/16"-3/4" for pipe threads. Whether your job needs complex tooling or special fixtures, we have the machines to do the job.

 

 
 
KanBan / JIT
   With a well organized inventory control system in place, a customer's reliance on KanBan/JIT is not a problem. This is important for customers who have limited storage.
