| Programming Most of our fulltime CNC lathe operators are skilled in programming. This can be done while the machine is running, or offline using Shopcam. With this capability, machine downtime is lessoned. Many of our machines have online simulations for error detection. We also have the capability of downloading AutoCad files using our CAD viewer. |

| Capabilities Our versatility in machining allows us to manufacture parts up to 12" in diameter and 24" in length. We are familiar with all types of material, ranging from Alloy's and Stainless Steel to Medical Grade Acrylic. The wide variety of CNC lathes allow us to handle any quantity, from one piece prototypes up to thousands of parts for large production runs. |
